Running highs and lows in H4 Eurolights

Heat dissipation will be your main problem. Your H4 bulbs won't last beyond 
a couple of minutes.

That's what the dual-bulb lights are for: dedicated reflectors for both 
beams and both bulbs lit simultaneously.
