Headlight flicker and BG44k

All,

Any advice on the headlight flicker? Is this the diode pack of the alt? Or, 
the bushing (unlikely?)? How long does this happen before total failure? I 
am running Massive overkill & 80/100 H4's.

I have not been able to find Barry Grant 44k in the west here. Any advice on 
how to get some?
