It's an M6 nut.  PLEASE be sure you did NOT drop it
into any opening.  Like air intake plumbing or engine
internals.  PLEASE!  Verify WHERE the nut went.  If
you are SURE it fell somewhere OUTSIDE ANY sealed
portion of the engine or intake tract, then by all
means replace it.  A nut as small as an M6 may as well
be a hand grenade inside an engine/turbo.
