Konstantin,

I got the spring from Charlie Smith (charlie at elektro.cmhnet.org).  I think 
he still has some left. It should give you 1.6/1.7 bar, but I imagine you 
could easily increase that a bit with the adjustable wastegate mod.

I also noticed your IC strap question.  I just did mine, leaving the IC in 
the car.  Just got two long hose clamps and put them together around the IC. 
  I did have to pull the black center part of the grill out a little to work 
the clamp around the front of the IC.  I tightened the clamp/strap before 
forcing it down from the top onto the thickest part of the IC using a 
screwdriver.  I feel like this increased the tension beyond what I would 
have been able to achieve tightening the strap after it was in place.  Good
