Strapping my Intercooler

Well, reaching way back to my "heavy industry" days... i think looseness
will be a problem there.  When tensioning that strapping on a pallet,
one tends to "squish" (TM) the wood, cardboard, etc a bit, then pulling
the tool out leaves things nice and tight still.

I can't see doing that on an intercooler.  Plus, the "loss" when
removing the tool is probably a consistent amount of length, which will
be a higher percentage of the overall length, will be more of an issue.

Of course your "padding" may make up for that problem so nevermind...
