3B engine problem

Sounds like overboosting.  On the 3B, this stores an ECU code.  If that's
what's happening, it's probably the lower wastegate control hose (there
is no upper hose on a 3B) or a ruptured wastegate diaphragm.

Also check the solenoid valve (034 906 283J - ACOQ/93/1/33/133-69
item 13 - other end of the hose) and the hose from that to the inlet
manifold, especially under the cover.
