Seized handbrake lever on rear caliper...

The suggestion (by someone else) was to drill and tap the chamber into 
which the parking brake lever's shaft sits and then install a grease zerk 
so that grease could be added to the chamber occasionally.  I'm not sure 
what grease you'd add through the zerk, and I'd be concerned that if you 
pumped a bit with a grease gun, you might force grease past the seal 
between the parking brake system's chamber and the cylinder for the brake 
piston.  I don't know how well grease and brake fluid would mix.
