Seized handbrake lever on rear caliper...

The suggestion (by someone else) was to drill and tap the chamber into
which the parking brake lever's shaft sits and then install a grease zerk
so that grease could be added to the chamber occasionally. I'm not sure
what grease you'd add through the zerk, and I'd be concerned that if you
pumped a bit with a grease gun, you might force grease past the seal
between the parking brake system's chamber and the cylinder for the brake
piston. I don't know how well grease and brake fluid would mix.
