I looked over Chris Miller's page, and the following paragraph confuses
me:

"Symptoms: in my case the major symptom was the excessive use of clutch
fluid. As the master cylinder is located in the pedal box on the inside
of the bell housing, it is a easy matter to check where the fluid is
leaking. No obvious leaks means that the slave cylinder (which would
leak into the bell housing) is the culprit. "

Unless I'm understanding something wrong, since I have an obvious leak,
it would be the master cylinder, but I though the master cylinder was in
the drivers foot well.

Any help would be appreciated, need my car, getting too cold to ride!

TIA.

I didn't write that, but it seems to me that he's saying, if the master cylinder was leaking, you'd have a wet foot and smelly carpet inside the car; if you don't have fluid in the driver's footwell, then it's leaking at the slave (into/onto the bell housing, then to the ground) or from the flex hose to the slave.
Sounds like time to replace the flex hose and slave.
Chris
