Was:FS 86 4kq Ottawa, Ontario, now 86 4kcsq gas mileage

Both my '86 4kq's got/get 24-25 mpg in stop-n-go traffic, maybe 28 in 
steady highway driving ~70 mph.   I was quite pleased when my '87 5ktq 
averaged several mpg better with more room and greater comfort.
