FS 86 4kq Ottawa, Ontario, now 86 4kcsq gas mileage

IMHO, your cause for lower mileage is doing 60-70 MPH.  I know my 5KTQ likes
to cruise at 100kmh, but I know I get better mileage at 90 KMH.
