relay holder part number

I'm looking for a part number for an auxiliary relay holder in my '86 4kq.  Attached
to the auxiliary fuse holder block (under the dash, not the bonnet) there is an additional
holder block that attaches with a kind of T-shaped gizmo.  The part is black plastic
and is supposed to hold the radiator fan afterrun control unit.  I will be getting
a new control unit, but the block is melted so that I can't read it's part number.
 Apparently there is more than one style of block for different types of wire connectors.
 Mine has the locking type connector and the part number starts with a 4.  That's
all I can read.  Any help is appeciated.
