This one's a crap-shoot Ben.  I've had a bad
pump/motor, plugged nozzles in the little squirter
thingys, and there's this little white/gray pill
looking thing with an arrow on it in the hose.  It's a
backflow preventer.  I've had that plugged as well.  I
have NO idea what the PO put in the washer system, but
whatever it was it sucked.
