St Augustine is in Florida. Aircraft that don't work right seems to
be a common theme in Florida. I was trained as a professional pilot in both
Canada and the US and spent 5 years searching for employment as such. I
have never seen such poor work ethic as I saw in Florida, not to offend, but
to inform (I know Unca spends alot of time there). One job offer I had was
with Gulfstream as their corporate Pilot. They hired the nephew of one of
the execs over myself, and he crashed the plane within two months. I have
since given up flying, bought myself an AUDI (MAC) and am much happier and
richer now that I actually have stable work for the first time in 5 years.
NOTE: I gave up flying after paying for my training and searching for
to long for a job that wasn't there. This may not be the scenario for you.
I just knew when to let go and cut my losses. You may have better luck.
