Throttle cable

I don't believe my throttle cable just parted.  Right up by the
throttle housing, about 3" from the end of the cable.  The car is a 1990

200 TQW.  Where the cable parted is in a visible location, and I don't
recall seeing any kinks.  Problem is finding a replacement.  Even
the dealer hasn't called me back.  Anyone have a solution for me?  I
have it jury-rigged for now, but it feels weird and I don't really trust

it.
