help! 4q handling like ovlov 240!

sears did it; the spec sheet came out very nicely.

the locks DONT work, i know that. i turn the knob and not lights come on and 
there is no audible indication that they have engaged, no rumbling. but i 
still should have AWD, correct? i just lose the ability to lock my diffs, 
right?
