I recently picked up a copy of this document myself from Dyment ...
W429115011601 ...

They don't sell the V8/100/200 diagrams separately, but the cost is about
the same as the "both" quote.  They are spiral bound so perhaps a V8 owner
can get together with a 200 owner and split the cost.  At least it seems to
me that having an official copy without having to be concerned about
copyrights might be good ...
