I third this opinion, 200's ABS is poor on ice and I think I can scrub
enough speed off myself and then turn the corner. A quick blip of the
accelerator gives you the oversteer needed to complete the job !!!!!!

I find the same thing on my '89 200! I just switch it off in icy conditions
and it seems like I can modulate the pedal pretty well (provided your brakes
are well bled and have good control and feel). With ABS it just chatters
away and braking seems worse.
