Bad MC, Sinking Pedal

Over the past few months I have had some brake pedal travel issues.
When I installed the Porsche brakes back before winter I noticed the pedal
travel got longer, reasonable to think that might happen since I am moving
more fluid to activate the brakes. Then I noticed that at stand still I
could force the pedal to sink, never hit the floor though. I removed the
Porsche brakes and installed the stock system to find the pedal travel back
to normal. Though over the past two weeks I've noticed the pedal travel
getting longer and I can really sink the pedal down far if I hold it at a
standstill. The brakes work and I haven't had any failure, knocking on wood
of course. I haven't found any fluid leaking into the car at the seal. No
visible brake fluid loss ever. The brakes are bled using speedbleeders.
Doubt it is the flex hoses because I had this problem with two different
sets of lines and front brakes, so not front caliper seals either. I have a
feeling it's a dying MC, opinions? I am going to switch to a larger one
anyway to accommodate the Porsche brakes.
Thanks,
