duty cycle readings ?

that's ok, it's working.  the 1-2 times/sec is an approximation - and at
idle it is usually slower but does not have to be.

try that measurement again, since the OXS range is something like
200-900 mV.  something is weirdly wrong if your OXS is putting out 2.2
volts. (or 15 mV for that matter)
