duty cycle readings ?

It may be that your DMM is not displaying correctly.  Some DMMs don't
deal with quickly varying DC voltages well. It's actually better to
view the OXS output using an oscilloscope, or a DMM that has such a
function.

A failed OXS usually becomes slow to respond or not change output at all.
