runnin weired

  Hello list,

 I seem to have a problem with my 87 5ksq(non turbo), 
the car has been running fine since summer I had to
adjust the mixture because the car was running to lean
after I changed the fuel injectors,
 anyways today it's been real windy,& rainy(live in
Western Mass) I was going to a friends house to lube
my steering gear bushing and on the highway I went to
pass a truck so I floored it in fith and nothing
happened the car actually slowed down kinda, so I
dropped down to fourth and same thing happened so
comming to the stop off the ex. ramp the car almost
stalled and it took some perswation to get the car up
to speed but then it would feel fine, 
 Example, starting from first and gettin into second
with it floored it would be resistfull then like a
shot it would catch like it should kinda like there
was a wall there and then there was'nt. This has'nt
ever happened before it was weired it would be
intermintant though happen then drive fine. At NO
point did my fault indicatore light come on(It did
over the summer when I had to adjust the mixture) so I
know it works or at least functions.

 This may all sound strange to everyone(the way I've
explained it) but it's still strange to me as well so
If anybody could help me out I would appreciate it.
Ive allways taken special care of my car(original
owner) O2 sensore done 30k ago,new complete tune-up
not even 2k ago Bosch everything except oil filter
(Mann) used at ALL times Mobil 5W/50 used year round
car ran fine yesterday.
