Travel time between Stuttgart and Munich Airport

a) You cannot depend on that Autobahn, especially in winter.

b) http://www.db.de is the Deutsche Bundesbahn web site.  It has an
   excellent trainfinder - I use the German version but I'm sure there's
   also an English one.  The train connection from Munich out to the
   new airport is very good.

If you meant Stuttgart _AIRPORT_ (Echterdingen) and Munich Airport -
beware that getting downtown to Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof can take a
while.
