You both neglected to mention the apparent lack of any English speaking / 
reading requirement as anyone who has taken a recent cab ride can attest to.  
There is also "no common sense requirement" as indicated by anyone who has 
been passed on the inside of a turn on the interstate at 80 MPH by a carload 
of the local gangbangers with a donut spare on the front of their car, the 
less subtle soccer moms driving the minivan at 75 MPH with the underinflated 
tires and the cellphone stuck in their ear or the suv / 4x4 gomers who passed 
me the other day going 20 mph faster than me on roads so greasy that I was 
having difficulty with my Quattro.
It may be coincidence but most Audi drivers appear to understand the limits 
of their vehicle and drive somewhat sensibly.
