Family Album and NT SP5

Please let me preface my e-mail by stating I've already searched the 
archives on this subject...

Anyway, I understand on all installations of the album on NT the Hardlock 
error will occur.  The archives (and instructions on ETKA installation) tell 
me that running the hardlock.exe program will fix this.  Unfortunately for 
me, hardlock.exe hangs up the computer.  (It goes to a blue screen like the 
ETKA installation background but w/ no text.  Will sit like that for 1/2 
hour until I finally End-Task it.)

Anyone else running the album on Win NT SP5 release?  If so, is your 
hardlock.exe dated 9/30/97 (like mine) or newer?
