Actually the 5kcstq should be using a 10mm thread.  The 12mm is used on
the 
200tq.

The 12mm is on the 91 200q20vt's and later models, but not on the 10v
200's.

  The 12mm type can be used on the 5kcstq with a modified nut cut 
down to 16mm (you can't get a 17mm wrench in the 5kcstq's top mount)

I just modified a cheap socket with a grinder to fit.  Also, you need to
drill out the upper mount, the bump stop washer thingy, and get
different spacer tubes.
