something ? with lock

The "buzz" is the bi-level vacuum pump that operates the locks running.
It should normally only run for a couple of seconds.  If yours runs for
20 secs, then you probably have an air leak somewhere in the system.
The Bentley manual for your car should have a vacuum hose routing diagram
that shows you where the hoses and all the unions and fittings are.
You need to check each branch of the line until you find the leak.
