Coupe 2.3 transmission swap

I just bought a 87 gt 2.3 with an automatic. I plan on swapping out the 
trany for a 5 speed unit in Jan or Feb. Can anyone give me any pointers on 
what involved and what parts I will need from the donor car? I heard I need 
the flywheel from a 2.3L, not the one coming from the donor car whitch is a 
2.2L.  I received a quote for $ 600 for parts and labor for the swap from an 
urq mechnic down here in south FL.

What is the true bolt config. on the 87.5 gt 2.3L? Some have told me     4 x 
1.00 others have told me 4 x 1.08?   Thank for the help.
