front euro license plates

	as i mentioned recently, i am trying to add euaro license
	plates to my urquattro.  on the front, i just want the
	euro plate.  on the rear, i want to mount the euro under
	the usa one so that it sticks out - mike williams has
	this and it looks great.

	originally i was looking for information about what kind of
	front plate mounting hardware is available for europe, and
	how i could source it.  as can be seen in this jpg, the usa
	cars have a plastic mounting plate that attatches to the
	bumper and holds the usa plate:

	i assumed there was a similar thing for europe, but in looking
	at a few of my random jpgs, it seems that they are just stuck
	on there somehow:

	so, are they just screwed onto the front bumper somehow, or
	is there a mounting kit similar to the usa kit?
