Bounced mail

Emails getting bounced again, remind me please how we
got round it last time BUT it only seems to happen
when i send to you. this is what comes back to me....

Message from  yahoo.com.Unable to deliver message to
the following address(es).
<isham-research.freeserve.co.uk at pop.pol.net.uk>:
Connected to 195.92.195.154 but greeting failed.
Remote host said: 421 wmail2.svr.pol.co.uk This POP3
server no longer 
allows SMTP. Your system is misconfigured - please
contact support.
I'm not going to try again; this message has been in
the queue too long.
