ABS off '93 100CS Quattro

I just discovered that #4 relay in auxiliary relay panel 1 is not the ABS control relay, J156 as stated in Bentley. So where is this relay? I think if I find it I can further trace my problem. The #4 relay in that panel is for the fog lights. Or is this much simpler than I think?
