Window regulators, again

I found the problem, after only 10 minutes or so of tinkering.

Remember I mentioned that the regulator looked like it had some
electrical tape on the wiring? Well, it turns out that the person
who sold me the regulator (you know who you are) sold me one
that had the wiring spliced. The motor section must have been removed
by cutting the wire connecting the motor to the wiring harness.
Real smart move there. Then, to make things worse, the connector
and the motor wires were simply twisted together and wrapped in
electrical tape. The ground wire worked itself loose, causing the
window to stop working. Fortunately, it did this w/ the window up.

I was able to fix the problem by crimping on some spade connectors
(please don't comment on my wiring skills) on each end, making sure
that they were secure, and attaching the spade connectors to each
other. Then, I wrapped the whole mess together w/ electrical tape
and zip-tied the harness together to make things neat. Hopefully,
this will be the end of problems for that window.

So- I was lucky. No bad switches, no breaks in the hinge wiring.
I still need to clean the switches though, to see if that will help
speed the windows up, as well as address the right rear window.
