low boost 5ktq

Ken,

It's my experience (having owned 3 type-44 turbo quattros) that 1.3 is normal 
stock boost on the 5ktq's, while the later 10V 200's should see 1.4 bar.  Of 
course, that will even only be seen under very certain and rare circumstances.

You can usually get car to pull full boost if car is fully warmed up and you 
are pulling hard in 3rd gear up a slight to moderate incline.
