control arm bushings (4kq)

I've been hearing some funny noises in my suspension so I stopped in to my
mechanic and had him look at it.  Turns out I have a bad lower control arm
bushing.  It was quite loose.  I asked him what he thought of replacing the
bushings with Delrin bushings, but he didn't recommend it.  He said the
Delrin bushings have a tendency to squeak (and make other interesting
noises) and it makes the ride rougher.  Who out there has used them?  Did
you use Blau's kit?  Thanks.
