The possibility exists for more savings in the future.  I'm pretty sure 
you're not supposed to be charged VAT if the parts are used outside of the 
country.  I've never had to pay it on Euro purhcases, and in the instance I 
was charged for it I got it rebated.  The same applies with many GST charges 
in Canada, though they charge it and you can get it back at the border.
