Audi Cabriolet wanted/question - please help

Hello all,

I am interested in purchasing the Audi cabriolet for my wife.  I've been 
looking at the 1995 - 1997 models.  

First - Are there any inherent problems with this model?  I own a 100CS and I 
absolutely love the car.  I've owned it for many years with no real problems. 
 The Cabriolet has the same power-train as mine.  Is there any problems with 
the convertible top or suspension??

Second - Does anyone have one or know of one available in the price range of 
15,000.00 - 19,000.00 in very good condition??  Is this a reasonable price 
range for this car?/
