where's the heat?

Jos,
I second Kneale's suggestions for starters and further, ask the
following:
  
- Do you get good air flow from the correct vents, based on your CC
settings?
- Are there any fault codes stored in the CC system?

My 89 100 has no problems keeping the cabin warm (today's temps, lo 13F,
hi 25).
