A4tq problem

I just received an e-mail from my sister:

Does any A4tq owners know what may be the problem? The A4 in question is a
2000 A4t w/optional quattro, auto trans, and sport package.

Also... Does sport package comes with all-seasons tires or summer tires?
(And no, my sister won't know. The last Camry she drove had different
tires at each corner after she had her way with it.)
