Maybe turbo shaft seals, possible for that mileage.
Drive it n/a for a while, no charging, let just the engine
suck the air (and possible oil through seals), shut off.
Disconnect intake manifold hose; if there is oil ( few
drops is nothing ) I guess it´s turbo.
Another test is; with warm engine throttle off on downhill,
let motor brake and then open throttle suddenly, if blue I
guess same...
