4000s, 4cyl, rough idle on restart

Sounds like leaking/dripping injectors. Remove them,with the lines 
attached, lay them on the valve cover on a rag or piece of cardboard.
Something absorbent.
Energize the fuel pump and lift the damper plate (momentarily so they
spray). Release the plate and see if they ALL stop spraying, without
any weeping/dripping. Any of them that do need to be replaced. You could
also remove the plugs and shine a flshlight in the plug hole and look
for any signs of wetness on the pistons.

Of course you are going to be careful spraying fuel around the engine
compartment,right?? No droplights etc.
