I know this was covered by kwattro (Carter) but, Elgin offers a cam made to
order for less than that as well, its just they take their time making it
for you. :)

I did a little checking on the vendor and he didn't seem like someone I
wanted to trust with $300. The whole proposition just seemed a little
half-baked.

 However...I was surfing idly though the Blaufergnugen site a couple days
ago and noticed they have begun selling their own 10-valve, 272-degree cams
for $299! They're a 2-hour drive from me, so I think I know where I'm gonna
get my cam...
