Door Strap noise resolved

Worn door strap rivet can be drilled out from below with a Black & Decker
Pivot Driver and a 1/4" JoreTech drill bit. Remove door strap from door by
pulling towards you, rotating inside the door.

Pivot point holes on door jam are drilled out using same drill/bit
combination. Door strap hole is a *bitch* to drill, do it with a real drill.
This thing is made of some tough steel!

Reassemble, replacing rivet with 1/4" pin from hardware store. Spray of
grease, and your done.

Nice and quiet now....no ker-lik!
