sounds like the symptoms of an Audi A/T on the way out... sorry.

the only hope for more life might be an immediate change (perhaps two)
of the fluids, the ATF and the FD oil.

And to keep the next one/rebuild (sorry!) alive for a long time -
regular changes of the fluids minimise the problems associated with them
leaking past the FD/tranny seal.
