get the parts from a similar model with headlight washers and install
them!  Tough, because most junkyard cars are front hits of course.  And
installing the second reservoir can be a bit of work as it probably
lives in the fender.

PS, the windsheild washer pump will not drive enough fluid to clean the
headlights.  the real thing puts out some serious flow.
