I'd hazard a guess that only the nozzles themselves are Audi-specific- if 
you can improvise a reservoir, the rest is generic hoses and a pump... the 
nozzles for older Audis are simple to mount to the bumper- just drill a 
hole in the appropriate place and bolt the thing onto the bumper. If you 
look in the Album, the nozzles are separate parts.

Another thought: US bumpers differ somewhat from their Euro counterparts in 
profile. Fitment could be less than perfect. Also: is there enough room 
behind 5mph bumpers for the hose?
