heater blower replacement HELP!!!!!

IF you are just replacing the fan motor, you don't need to remove the
heater core hoses. At least, I didn't. Did mean I had to brace the blower
box with various boards once I got it loose though. Admittedly, this job
was much more tolerable in the summer.
