93 90 seat heater/horn troubles

monday everything was fine, my seat was nice and warm
when i came out after warming the car up and went to
work,someone tryed(notice i said tryed) to cut me off,
i blew my horn so loud i think they went deaf(sorry).
tuesday, i warm the car up,come out to leave for work
and my seat is still cold. think nothing of it, hey
its early!! tuesday night, we go to the in-laws with
the boy to go trick or treating and i confirm,no butt
heat!!!  aaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!! so i check the owners
manual for fuse placement,look at it, its fine,and
also notice that the horn is on the same fuse, so for
the heck of it i try it. nope, doesnt work either!!!!

so no seat heat( either side ), no horn, a good fuse
with power going through it and a horn relay the
clicks when you press the horn.any ideas or anyone
ever have the same problem????
