If you can't or don't want to get around to it right away, you can pop the
cable off of the controller arm and move it by hand (a set of long needle
nose pliers helps) in order to move the flap to allow hot air in. Did this
myself, but be warned if yours is anything like mine you will get hot, HOT
air and only HOT air. Very Very HOT air, all the time.
Oh, and did I mention that you would get really HOT air.....all the time....
