Hand-brake problems

this could be a sign your rear pads are almost finished in the rear, but in 
either case, you can make adjustments by screwing in the nut which holds 
the hand-brake bolt to the operating lever on the brake cable. Just get 
under the car and you'll see a boot right away in the center of the car, 
right about where the hand-brake is. good luck.
