Engine Upgrades in '88 5000SQ

New to list and to Audi's.  Used to drive VW, but now hooked on Quattro.
Bought a peachy 88 5000S Quattro in June, and now the old 10V 5 Cylinder is
starting to bore me.  What are my options?  Looking for easy mods or easy
swap.  Looking for options (besides the K&N filter route & Shrick Cam), as I
want MORE power, not just at a different spot in the power band.

Just want all around more HP and Torque.

Gimme all the options and info your collective minds have.
