Buying 1994 90 Q Sport. What should I look for?

I had the 93 90Q and here are some of the major
problem areas that the car had with that many miles

1. Timing belt, waterpump, Tensioners, etc. I had it  
 done for $650.00
2. Catalytic Converter(s): Very expensive as they are 
     one piece with the down pipes about $1500.00 for 
  both if you go with OEM, or $1000.00 for   
aftermarket.
3. Clutch started to go: $8-900.00 
4. Check Tires of course.

As far as mods you can do throttle bodies, My mechanic
said he has someone do them for $200 bucks. Basically
bores out the current ones.
